The challenge
Paddington is one of the most contested massage patches in London — dense with walk-in parlours, hotel spas and directory ads all competing on price and speed. An independent therapist offering something genuinely better, a full unhurried hour in a private room, had no way to say so. On a directory thumbnail she looked identical to the places clients complain about.
What we built
We built the whole site around the single complaint clients have about London massage: being rushed. The headline does double duty — "Massage in Paddington that takes the whole hour" is both the promise and the exact phrase locals type into Google. A deep plum and rose palette with a serif display face reads calm and premium rather than clinical or seedy. Then we front-loaded trust: a 1:1 policy, a dedicated "Between guests" page answering the hygiene question nobody likes to ask, an FAQ, and transparent pricing from £80 — so enquiries arrive already qualified. Every section ends in one-tap WhatsApp booking.
