1. Who we are
Boost18+ ("we", "us") provides digital marketing services — including website development, search engine optimisation, platform listing management and social media management — to independent adult service providers and adult-industry businesses in the United Kingdom.
2. Our services
Service scope, deliverables, pricing and timelines are agreed individually before any work begins. A project starts when the agreed initial payment is received. Deliverables (websites, domains, accounts and content we create for you) become your property upon final payment.
3. Your responsibilities
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the services you offer are lawful in the jurisdiction where you operate, and that any materials you supply (photos, text, credentials) are yours to use. We may decline or discontinue work that would involve unlawful content or activity.
4. Results
We work to deliver measurable improvements, and our case studies reflect real outcomes — but search rankings, platform policies and market conditions are outside any provider's full control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes or earnings.
5. Payments and refunds
Fees are one-off unless a recurring service is expressly agreed. Split payment is available on packages. Work delivered and approved is non-refundable; if we fail to deliver an agreed item, the corresponding portion of the fee is refunded.

7. Liability
Our total liability in connection with any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for decisions taken by third-party platforms (including account suspensions or policy changes) or for indirect or consequential losses.
