The challenge
The big classified platforms treat massage as an afterthought: therapists compete with car parts for attention, moderation is arbitrary, and fees climb every year. The MassageHub team set out to build a dedicated home for UK massage — and commissioned us to design how it would look, feel and work.
What we built
We designed the platform’s UX/UI from a blank page: card-based city listings, postcode search, incall/outcall filters, verified badges and VIP placement, a review system, and the Massage Academy content hub. The information architecture was designed so every city and category page can rank in search — a directory whose structure works as hard as its listings.
