Discretion is the foundation of our business. We collect the minimum data needed to deliver our services, we never sell or share client information, and we anonymise everything used publicly (such as case studies) beyond recognition.
2. What we collect
When you contact us: your chosen messenger handle or phone number and whatever you choose to tell us. When you become a client: the materials needed for your project (working name, photos, service details, platform credentials you explicitly share). This website itself sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics.
3. How we use it
Solely to deliver the services you've engaged us for and to communicate with you about them. We do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not contact you after a project unless you ask us to.
4. Storage and retention
Project materials are stored securely, shared within our team strictly on a need-to-know basis, and deleted on request once a project is complete. Credentials you share are used only for the agreed setup work; we recommend changing passwords after handover.
5. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion at any time. One message is enough — no forms, no delays.
