The challenge
A one-to-one coach with a genuinely powerful offer but no way to convey it online. Coaching is deeply personal — people only book when they feel calm, safe and certain — and nothing about a generic template communicates that. The practice also needed to reach two audiences at once: a Cambridge base and clients across London and England.
What we built
We built a personal-brand site whose whole job is trust. A restrained palette of forest green, gold and cream with serif typography communicates “calm and premium” before a word is read. About and “What to Expect” pages introduce the person and defuse first-session nerves; an FAQ answers the objections that stop people booking; testimonials supply proof. Every screen leads to one clear action — Book a Consultation — with WhatsApp for low-friction contact, and the copy is structured for local searches across Cambridge, London and England.
