The challenge
A one-to-one coach with a genuinely powerful offer but no way to convey it online. Coaching is deeply personal — people only book when they feel calm, safe and certain — and nothing about a generic template communicates that. The practice also needed to reach two audiences at once: a Cambridge base and clients across London and England.
What we built
We built a personal-brand site whose whole job is trust. A restrained palette of forest green, gold and cream with serif typography communicates “calm and premium” before a word is read. About and “What to Expect” pages introduce the person and defuse first-session nerves; an FAQ answers the objections that stop people booking; testimonials supply proof. Every screen leads to one clear action — Book a Consultation — with WhatsApp for low-friction contact, and the copy is structured for local searches across Cambridge, London and England.
Details that do the selling
Trust-first design
Calm green-and-gold palette and serif type signal safety and premium quality — essential for a personal service people hesitate to book.
“What to Expect” + FAQ
The two pages that remove first-session anxiety and answer objections before they cost a booking.
One clear action
Book a Consultation repeated site-wide, with a floating WhatsApp button for instant, low-pressure contact.
Local + travelling reach
Optimised for a Cambridge base and London, with “I can come to your town or city” framing for England-wide searches.
More live projects
MassageHub.uk · UK-wide
A UK-wide massage directory. We were commissioned to design the whole product: city search, profile pages, verified badges, VIP placement and a guides section.
Enigma Girls · London
A London massage studio with several therapists. We built the site: a profile for each therapist, a "who is working today" block the studio updates itself, and booking in one tap.
