The challenge
A fully-equipped private studio in Blackheath with an excellent trainer — and a digital presence that said none of it. Specialist strengths like sport rehabilitation, 50+ fitness and perimenopause training were invisible to the local searches that needed them most.
What we built
We rebuilt the site around what makes a private studio beat a chain gym: one-to-one attention, specialist programmes and zero crowds. Each programme got its own page for local search, Google reviews are pulled in as social proof, gym rental for independent trainers became a revenue page of its own, and a free 30-minute trial session gives every visitor a no-risk next step.
Details that do the selling
Programme-per-page SEO
Rehab, couples, 50+ strength, perimenopause — each specialism ranks for its own local searches.
Free-trial funnel
A 30-minute trial session as the site-wide call to action — low friction, high show-up rate.
Google reviews on-site
Live five-star reviews embedded where doubts happen — on the pricing and booking pages.
Second revenue stream
A dedicated gym-rental page turns quiet studio hours into income from independent trainers.
More live projects
MassageHub.uk · UK-wide
A UK-wide massage directory. We were commissioned to design the whole product: city search, profile pages, verified badges, VIP placement and a guides section.
Enigma Girls · London
A London massage studio with several therapists. We built the site: a profile for each therapist, a "who is working today" block the studio updates itself, and booking in one tap.
