The challenge
A fully-equipped private studio in Blackheath with an excellent trainer — and a digital presence that said none of it. Specialist strengths like sport rehabilitation, 50+ fitness and perimenopause training were invisible to the local searches that needed them most.
What we built
We rebuilt the site around what makes a private studio beat a chain gym: one-to-one attention, specialist programmes and zero crowds. Each programme got its own page for local search, Google reviews are pulled in as social proof, gym rental for independent trainers became a revenue page of its own, and a free 30-minute trial session gives every visitor a no-risk next step.
